Does an accessible court cost more?

Marginally. Most of it is design decisions — levels, thresholds and routes — which cost nothing if they are planned from the start.

Can wheelchair basketball share a standard court?

Yes. The dimensions are identical; the surface specification and access routes are what change.

What about visually impaired players?

High-contrast line marking, tactile edge indicators and audible-ball sports like goalball can all be designed in.
